Avaya Platinum certification is the highest designation a Business Partner
can receive and is an industry-recognized certification. By achieving Platinum
certification, Cross has met a series of rigorous criteria that includes obtaining
the highest levels of Avaya technical certifications and training, excellence in
customer satisfaction, meeting or exceeding revenue attainment goals, and
delivering best-in-class customer service and support as measured by an
independent survey organization. Out of all the Avaya Business Partners in
the U.S., only a small portion achieve Platinum certification.
